6. Terms and Conditions for Services

6.1. Bookings and Class Packs

  • Class packs are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • They are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the class will be deducted from the pack.

  • The price does not include transport unless expressly stated.

6.2. Payment Methods

Services can be paid for by:

  • Bank transfer

  • Bizum

  • Revolut

  • Cash

6.3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once availability has been verified and payment has been received. Surfskate Fuerteventura reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of adverse weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances, in which case an alternative date or a refund will be offered.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of this Website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Puerto del Rosario (Fuerteventura), waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
